Overgrow Media Co. operates PhotoToDeck. This policy covers our public informational website, its sample slideshow, and communications with our support team. 2. When you browse or try the demo
The slideshow uses sample images supplied by us. It does not upload your photos, connect to your Google account or read your presentations. Layout and order selections are held in the page while you use it; this website does not create a PhotoToDeck account.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser information, requested URLs and request times. This website does not include advertising trackers or a third-party marketing analytics script.
3. When you contact us
If you email us or use the contact form when available, we receive your email address, your name if supplied, your selected topic and the contents of your message. We use these details to respond, investigate issues, handle privacy requests and keep relevant support records. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords or confidential photos and presentations.
Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated abuse. The security check loads when you open the form and processes technical browser and network information. Our server also uses a salted hash derived from your IP address to limit repeated requests. Form messages pass through Resend for email delivery and are received in our Gmail-managed support mailbox. Sending us email directly uses your email provider and our mailbox provider.
4. Why we use and share information
We use website and support information to provide the service you request, keep it reliable, prevent spam and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We share information with providers supporting hosting, security and communications for these purposes. We do not sell website visitors’ personal information or use contact messages for advertising.
We may disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or address security incidents. If the business is transferred, information may transfer with it subject to applicable protections.
5. Retention and security
We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Provider systems may retain security, delivery and backup records under their own retention processes. Contact us to request deletion of information we hold; we will explain any records that must be retained.
We use HTTPS for website and form connections. The website form does not maintain a separate message database. Information sent through it is processed by the delivery and mailbox services described above. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and requests
You can browse the website without sending a message, and you can email us without using the form. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to support@phototodeck.com with your request. We may need enough information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records.
Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. A globally readable website does not mean the paid app is offered in every country; the initial paid launch is planned for the United States.
7. Children and third-party sites
This informational website is intended for adults exploring PhotoToDeck. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the contact form. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ own policies.
8. Changes and contact
We will update this page when website practices change and show the revision date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. For privacy questions or requests, contact us using the details above.
