2. Website and app availability
The website explains PhotoToDeck and lets you try a sample slideshow. Public installation and purchases are not open yet. The demo uses our sample images and does not create a Google Slides presentation, connect to your Google account or import your own photos.
Product descriptions and launch pricing describe our planned offering. App-specific terms, eligibility, Google permissions and purchase disclosures will be made available before public installation or checkout opens. The initial paid launch is planned for the United States; international availability will be announced separately.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the website, use its sample controls and contact us with genuine questions. Do not misuse the contact form, send unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or bypass security and abuse protections.
4. Our content and your messages
The website’s design, branding, copy and other content are owned by Overgrow Media Co. or used with permission. Browsing and trying the demo do not grant permission to redistribute the site or use our branding as your own. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You remain responsible for the information you send us and must have permission to share it. You allow us to use your message as reasonably necessary to answer your request and operate support, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Product and purchase information
No payment is taken through this informational website. Our planned paid-credit policy is that purchased credits never expire, with refunds requested within 14 days for wholly unused purchased packs. Read the Refund Policy for details. These descriptions do not open checkout or guarantee an app release date.
6. Third-party services
Google Slides and Google Workspace are Google products. PhotoToDeck is independently operated and is not endorsed by Google. Links to outside services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents or unlawful use. Contact support if you believe access has been restricted in error.
