Can I install PhotoToDeck now?
Public installation is not open yet. The website will link to the Google Workspace Marketplace listing when the add-on is available.
A photo will not import. What should I check?
Confirm that it is a JPEG or PNG that opens correctly on your device. A renamed extension does not convert a file. Check the import result before retrying to avoid adding a duplicate slide.
Can I use a 1,000-credit pack in one import?
The current limit is 100 photos per import. Larger credit packs can be used across multiple batches.
My purchase or credit balance looks wrong.
Keep your receipt and contact support with the date and a description of the issue. Do not send card details, passwords or private presentation links.
